Lewis Denbaum recently provided an excellent workshop for the Fairfield Arts & Convention management team. The team of six spent four hours with Lewis discussing employee communication, focusing on improving relationships and communication amongst our team, with clients and vendors. The Center is a time-sensitive operation, often stressful moments of preparation and execution of more than 600 meetings and events per year so this session with Lewis provided excellent examples of active listening and responsible speaking.
